Bachelor of Arts, The Art Academy of Turku, 2013.

Art for me is an emotional state, the process of making is breathing. I paint with oil colours and tempera. My paintings move between abstract and semi-abstract and naturalistic figures live in their own world.
I also make installations and video installations.

Reflecting on enviromental issues and social matters is a substantive part of my work.
My exhibition ensemble is based on these matters. Meeting with other people through my work is in my focus and all this combines their different forms in my artwork.

My beautiful studio is situated downstairs in the laundry room on the grounds of Nikkilä old mental hospital and this gives inspiration to my work.
