Kemê is a neurodivergent multidisciplinary artist, facilitator and parent of Sephardi/Mizrahi/Spanish descent based in Helsinki. Her art practice traverses the blurry readings of memory, myths, care, symbols, and rites.
She intuitively embraces various mediums, such as photography, performance, installation, and text, as languages that connect the constructions we inhabit with our complexities. She views art as a tool akin to the realm of magic, capable of guiding us through the spiritual and subconscious. Over the years, Kemê's artistic process has become increasingly intertwined with facilitation through open workshops, readings, talks, and rituals.
Kemê is currently working on a personal project under a working grant from the Arts Promotion Center TAIKE.
On Saturday, tea is offered. Registration for conversation/workshop on rituals and myths.
Sunday, tea is served.

I am almost at the intersection with Albertinkatu. The studio is located in the basement of building number 23, and two small windows next to the main door of the building show the signal that indicates that you have arrived at the right place.
