Information about the artist / the group

I am a watercolor artist and art teacher from Nurmijärvi. My artistic work is mainly watercolor and ink paintings and photography. Nature forests, fields, streams and paths have inspired me in my work. I have held solo and group exhibitions and actively participated in art association activities. I live with my artist husband Niko Saarinen in the artist's home Villa Pauli in Nurmijärvi. Villa Pauli is a complete work of art, where life is built around art, the studio and the colorful everyday life of the family. My studio in Villa Pauli is open to the public every year at various events and exhibits watercolor paintings, sketches and working demos.
