A picture that turns into a movie, a landscape becoming a map, an image of a dream and a diagram of a fantastic mechanism.
I am an artist and animators. My interests include video art, traditional animation techniques, painting and graphics. In my work I combine the aesthetics of Soviet animation of the 1920s, the visual traditions of German expressionism, and an interest in archaic art and folklore. I am drawn to combining different genres and directions, the effect that is born at the intersection of cinema, theater and painting.
