Information about the artist / the group

I’m a 34-year old entrepreneur from Helsinki. I’ve been making my ceramic dogs and other animals since year 2017, and since 2018 I have also been sharing my works on my Instagram account @ceramicdoggies and my website. My work could be described as miniature sculpture portraits of animals. I work with different stoneware clays and porcelains and underglazes, plus a variety of glazes.

I share a ceramic workshop called Fem with my colleagues. We all studied ceramics at Axxell Överby. Our workshop in situated in the basement of a beautiful 1950’s house in Ruskeasuo, right next to the Central Park.

Program during Konstrundan

During Konstrundan the visitors can get to know us and our studio! We are looking forward to showing our studio space and having many interesting discussions. The visitors can also buy our work during the weekend.

Driving directions

Our studio is in the right end of the building when you reach us by Raisiontie. It is in the basement, so there is a small set of stairs.
