Information about the artist / the group

I work in a studio connected to my home, and design in its various forms can be seen in my work. I do ceramics, concrete work in sculpture and also glass fusing. The hard materials are counterbalanced by needle felting, which I use to make mice in different roles. Mixed media is an area of ​​interest in visual arts, and I also teach mixed media and raku-ceramics at the civic college. I have studied ceramics since the 1990s under the guidance of various ceramists and completed design courses at the University of Applied Sciences in Southeast Finland.
