Information about the artist / the group

I am Santtu Tuomola, born in 1991, and I graduated as a visual artist (BA) in 2023 from LAB University of Applied Sciences. I am a member of the South Karelian Artists' Association and a probationary member of the Finnish Painters' Association. I mainly create my works in painting and sculpture. The works depict the life of an addict. The works bring to light various events, experiences, and emotional states related to the disease in a representational, color-based, and symbolic way. I have also been painting graffiti since I was a child.

Driving directions

My studio is about 5 km from the center of Lappeenranta and there are parking spaces in the yard where you can park your car for free. You can also take the bus to the Helsingintie stop, about 1 km away. Lines 1 and 5 run that route.
