Information about the artist / the group

I graduated as a visual artist in 2024 from the Minerva Art Academy in the Netherlands. I mainly paint with oil and watercolours, but I also use other materials such as textile and papier-mâché, and I also make performative works. In my art, I explore existential questions and the experience of being human. The friction between consciousness, imagination and reality creates art tinged with humor, where philosophical thinking meets the comic and confused human. The works reflect my ambivalent nature, at once serious and humorous, a mixture of misanthropy and philanthropy, personal and remote.
