Information about the artist / the group

I am a 57-year-old ceramist and have worked in the profession for almost 30 years. In 2023, I also graduated as a earthbuilder. My office is located in the premises of the Cooperative Turku Tuulenpesä near the center of Turku. I do small series production and teach ceramics. Today I am focused on large ceramic sculptures and clay art paintings.
Together with visual artist Mari Erävaara, we have a working group "Under construction" and together we make ceramic sculptures, clay paintings and photographs.
