I am a painter who is interested in noticing the layers in this human experience, how seemingly opposite facts can be true at the same time on a personal level. This journey we call life holds a variety of different feelings, experiences and thoughts. I am endlessly interested in observing the contradictory and out of control nature of life in relation to human perseverance and ability to survive life's challenges. Humanity, chaos and accepting them as a part of our experience are themes I fall back to time after time. My art reflects my philosophy that when there comes a time, do I cry or do I laugh, I choose to do them both.

Program during Konstrundan

During Konstrundan you get to visit my studio, see my works and observe me while I'm working. I serve snacks and beverages and there is a walk in-workshop for those interested. In addition to his you can have an intense conversation of the importance of art with me and maybe even find a new favorite art piece to adorn your walls. Hope to see you there!

Driving directions

My studio is located in Tilajakamo Vuosaari. Tilajakamo is a a big red brick building opposite to the culturehouse Vuotalo. There is free parking space in front of the building.
