Information about the artist / the group

I am a visual artist born in Pello, currently living in Hyvinkää. I have a study in Pello in the space of my second apartment. I have organized the ARTakatie contemporary art exhibition in this same space, the artists have been from all over Finland. I am a member of Muu ry and Suomen Taidegrafikot ry, as well as a member of Hyvinkää and Lapland artist associations. Lately I've been focusing on drawing, with graphite and colored pencils. My subjects in the drawings are mainly about the survival of the natural state and the imagined world after humancaused climate change.
