Information about the artist / the group

I have a diploma as an artist from The Art School of Alfa In Helsinki. For some years after my graduation I worked with guiding students in the school. My way of painting is intuitive, I love the fluid of colours on canvas. That usually makes the ground to continue painting, intuitively too. The final artwork can be abstract or there can be some performing aspects. Usually I use acryl-, oil- or pigment colours.
Silence is very important to me; it creates a meditative space for working and it permits the flow in working. During the process I want to give the process opportunity to come "as it wishes".

Program during Konstrundan

I give you a possibility to get acquainted with my art and me as an artist. I will show you my way of doing art in action and we can discuss the meaning of making art in general and what it means to me. Because I am also a therapist of expressive arts, I want to consider how important painting and all creative work is for our well-being.
There will be an exhibition of my art, which you can buy and the possibility to buy cards and posters and get free coffee.
