Information about the artist / the group

I started my visual art studies in Culture House when I was 15-years-old, 60 years ago. I continued making art in Ateneum night school along with my University studies. Working and studying took my attention from art for a while, but when I graduated master of Philosophy I got back with the world of art again: aquarelles, oil colour and tempera paintings and drawings. I have held many private and group exhibitions. I have a studio in Aurora Art Centre and I am a member of Espoo Art. Espoo Art has offered for me a very instructive and fruitful environment and possibility to learn new things.


Program during Konstrundan

My works are on display and for sale in my studio, on the walls of Arti and other companies in Auroratalo. I can present these works to those who are interested and tell them how my works were created and what my works were intended to convey to the viewer. My works contain visual stories and emotions. Viewers can guess what I wanted to express, especially with my works depicting people.
