Information about the artist / the group

I am a multidisciplinary artist working with textiles, glass, and ceramics. My work lies at the intersection of art and design. My dissertation, The Making of Inspiration – From Monet to Warhol and Beyond (Aalto ARTS Books), was completed in 2022.

Inspiration and art history are central to my work, which has been exhibited at EMMA, the Design Museum, the Finnish Craft Museum, the Ostrobothnian Museum, and Lokal Gallery in Finland, as well as internationally at Comfort Mental Gallery and the Finnish Institute in Paris, Snow Gallery in Berlin, Schloss Hollenegg in Austria, Milan Design Week in Italy, and Collectible Fair in Belgium. I am represented by Galleria Lokal in Helsinki and Studio Tashtego in New York.
