I have participated in exhibitions since 1973 and have held solo exhibitions in Finland and abroad. My works are in public and private collections. I am a full member of the Painters' Union.
In my works, I deal with people, often the lives of girls and women. My works rise from the feelings and things that I experience and see in this time. I paint with oil paints using the layered painting technique.
In addition to paintings, for the past 20 years I have also made sculptures using a paper-based mass that I developed myself. For my part, I bear responsibility for the protection of nature and the environment. That is why I use as many recycled materials as possible in my three-dimensional works.
