Susanna Maria is an artist for whom art is a way of exploring humanity, nature, the existence of the universe and different levels of consciousness.
She is inspired by the limitlessness and freedom of art and the possibility of inner transformation offered by the artistic process. "Art is a free space to play, to wonder with curiosity, as if seeing everything for the first time. By surrendering to the artistic process, we can discover new possibilities, transform stagnant energy into flowing energy. Art is joy and comfort."
Her pedagogical thesis was about the art process and the importance of spiritual development for the artist and the art teacher. "We are often aware of the flaws in this world, we need courage to face our own shadows, so our light creates peace in the world as well."
