Information about the artist / the group

LoviSavi pottery studio is run by ceramicists Janine Bergström and Pia-Maria Reinholm.

We complement each other when we teach courses together, but also through our pottery. Janine creates more modern and colorful ceramics, while Pia creates rustic and black-and-white pieces. Janine enjoys wheelthrowing and uses a lot of cast clay in her work, while Pia loves hand-building.

LoviSavi pottery studio has become a livingroom for pottery lovers in Lovisa!

You are welcome to get to know our cozy studio and our current pottery courses. We may organize a drop-in open workshop on one of the days where anyone can come and shape their own bowl!

Driving directions

The entrance to the pottery studio is from the street Aleksanterinkatu. You can also use the entrance from the courtyard (Aleksanterinpiha) in the summertime.
