Information about the artist / the group

Hello, I am a painter from Central Finland. I enjoy spending time outdoors, like many people in this region. That’s why landscapes and their details often end up in my works—especially the feelings they evoke. I call my style “abstract landscape” because it includes both representational and non-representational elements. I also enjoy adding a strong sense of three-dimensionality to my paintings using modern painting techniques. This is a quality best appreciated in person. My studio is located at my home, on the porch of an 80-year-old wooden house.
