Information about the artist / the group

I have a Master of Arts (MoA) in my education from Aalto University, School of Arts, Design and Architecture. Iḿ working as a visual artist, occasionally also as an art educator and facilitator of different art courses.

My way of working consists of combining what I've experienced and experience in everyday life. Sketching thoughts, visual impressions, colors and shapes that fascinate me, what caught my interest. I use different mediums, depending on what and how I want to bring something out on the canvas. Acrylic and oil paints, crayons or liquid ink are my main mediums. Graphic art, printmaking is also one technique I use in my art. Mixed media can often be seen in my artworks. The use of mixed media gives me a feeling of freedom, joy and spontaneity, in the spirit of contemporary art.

Happy to talk about the displayed and hung works in my studio. How the works were created, from which events my ideas arose. Pleased to hear the visitor's own interpretation of the artworks that caught their interest. Giving information about the different techniques I use. My artist portfolio is on display for interested parties to browse. A large number of sketches are presented for closer inspection. Happy to share thoughts about the artistry, discuss everything that visitors wish.
