Information about the artist / the group

I am a visual artist based in Porvoo, combining traditional oil painting techniques with a contemporary, nature-inspired perspective. My paintings explore the depth of light and color, as well as the relationship between humans and the environment. I work without plastic and emphasize sustainability both in my materials and themes.

The year 2025 deepens my artistic expression, where the relationship between nature and humans, the tension between hope and dystopia, and the meaning of a good life intertwine.

My studio is located in Pappilanmäki, Porvoo, at Lähdekuja 3. Please note that the lot is on a slope, which may make access challenging. Also, be careful not to confuse Lähdekuja with another similarly named location. Warmly welcome!

Program during Konstrundan

During Konstrundan, you can watch paintings evolve, explore sketches, and discuss art. I will share insights into my techniques and themes. Visitors can also try small creative activities if they wish. The atmosphere is open and spontaneous – and supporting art by purchasing works or spreading the word is invaluable. Warmly welcome!

Driving directions

The studio’s visiting address is Lähdekuja 3, located on Pappilanmäki in Porvoo on a sloping lot. The slope makes access difficult for those with very limited mobility. Please make sure not to confuse Lähdekuja with another location or with Lähdepolku in Porvoo! Warmly welcome to our secret garden.
