Information about the artist / the group

Liisa Malmio lives and works in Porvoo. In the 1970's Liisa Malmio studied at Free Art School and at the Academy of Arts' evening school in Helsinki. Gradually she began legal studies and worked as corporate lawyer during 23 years until she went back to painting. She also graduated in graphic planning and works to-day as full-time artist.
