Information about the artist / the group

Saara Sillanpää works mainly with the techniques of graphics, drawing, painting and photography. She also works as an art teacher at the Tampere Region Workers' College. Sillanpää holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts (Tamk 2001) and a Master of Arts degree (Aalto University / Pori 2013), as well as a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from a University of Applied Sciences ( Samk Kankaanpää 2024). Her works can be seen in private and group exhibitions in Finland and abroad, as well as in the collections of the City of Tampere and the City of Nokia, among others.
