Anni Peltola (1987) is a visual artist and creativity teacher from Helsinki, whose colorful works focus on the combination of different materials, layering and storytelling. She works intuitively with mixed media with paintings and art journaling.
Peltola is an occupational therapist by background, and in her studio she also directs art courses for adults who want more creativity in their lives. Anni's book Canvas for creativity- a gentle guide for art journaling was published in 2024 (Cozy Publishing).
In my studio you can take a look of my paintings or try working in an art journal yourself in an open workshop!
You don't need to register for the workshop separately and it doesn't require any art skills. The studio also has a boutique that sells the book Canvas for creativity, art cards and small paintings on paper.
The entrance is through the Laippatie 2 B door. The office is located on the second floor. You can walk to the Roihupelto Art Quarter from Siilitie metro station in 10 minutes. Tram 15 (Roihupelto stop) stops nearby, as do buses from the Pasila direction. There is plenty of parking space on the streets.
