Sade Kahra is a Swedish-Finnish photographic artist, organiser and advocate based in Helsinki. She was the first residency coordinator of Fiskars guest studio and the first chairman of the board of Turku Kunsthalle, while leading the activities of the Peri Photo Centre. Sade has taught and developed visual arts programmes at Novia University of Applied Sciences and other Finnish universities, and acted as an expert in various contexts. Today, Sade works to support alumni and promote international networks at the University of the Arts Helsinki Academy of Fine Arts. Since 2023, she has been the chair of the board of the copyright organisation Kuvasto.
Konstrundan magazine is published digitally in June on the Konstrundan website. Physically, it is distributed by Konstrundan and its participants around the country and is published as a supplement in the Finnish-Swedish daily newspaper the week before Konstrundan, totalling around 100,000 copies.
